Led by Dr. Elihu B. O'Hara, the company is grounded in the belief that online education can help HBCUs extend their reach, serve more students, and create new pathways to graduate education without compromising academic quality, institutional identity, or the student experience.
Dr. O'Hara's work is shaped by nearly two decades in higher education and doctoral research examining the perspectives of HBCU alumni, prospective graduate students, and higher education professionals on what influences graduate program decisions.
The goal is not simply to move existing programs online, but to help institutions thoughtfully design online graduate education around the needs of today's students and the mission of the institutions they serve.

Dr. O'Hara also serves as a Corporal in the United States Army Reserve — service that reinforces his commitment to leadership, accountability, disciplined planning, and purposeful execution.
